IC 4-22-2.1-5 Statement Concerning Rules Affecting Small Businesses
The proposed rule provides for: (1) issuance of a gaming site permit to riverboat gambling operations as opposed to a riverboat gambling permit and an adjacent landsite permit; (2) issuance of a gaming site permit to the holder of a gambling game license under
IC 4-35; and (3) a fee of $30,000 for a gaming site permit.
Under
IC 4-22-2.1-4, no business that employs 100 or fewer full-time employees and has gross annual receipts of $5,000,000 or less will be impacted by the rule. Therefore, the proposed rule will not impose requirements or costs on small businesses under
IC 4-22-2.1-5.
