TITLE 515 ADVISORY BOARD OF THE DIVISION OF PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Advisory Board of the Division of Professional Standards intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 515 IAC 1-4-0.5 concerning a definition. Amends 515 IAC 1-4-2 to replace the early childhood education test and to update language on tests that have been replaced. The changes to the early childhood education test become effective on January 1, 2010. The other changes are effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher. Statutory authority: IC 20-28-2-6.

For purposes of IC 4-22-2-28.1, the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule is:
