Notice of Intent to Readopt
LSA Document #08-545
Readopts rules in anticipation of
IC 4-22-2.5-2, providing that an administrative rule adopted under
IC 4-22-2 expires January 1 of the seventh year after the year in which the rule takes effect unless the rule contains an earlier expiration date.
NOTE: IC 4-22-2.5-5 authorizes the Governor to postpone, by executive order, the expiration of rules for one year. Executive Order #07-22, issued December 28, 2007, and posted at 20080116-IR-GOV080004EOA, postpones the expiration of the rules in this document until January 1, 2009. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher.
