TITLE 407 OFFICE OF THE CHILDREN'S HEALTH INSURANCE PROGRAM

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Office of the Children's Health Insurance Program intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 407 IAC 2 to add a new group of eligible children whose countable family income exceeds 200% of the federal poverty level using existing income methodologies but does not exceed 250% of the federal income poverty level without application of income disregards. Also adds two additional eligibility premium cells for the new group of children. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher. Public questions or comments concerning the proposed rule may be directed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 12-17.6-2-11.
