Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Alcohol and Tobacco Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 905 IAC 1-53 to establish and implement type II gaming in establishments licensed to sell alcoholic beverages. It outlines qualifications to hold type II gaming licenses for manufacturers, distributors, and retailers. It ensures that the type II gambling operations are consistently operated in a fair and honest manner.
