Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on August 7, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. local time, at the Office of Educator Licensing and Development, Department of Education, 101 West Ohio Street, Suite 300, Large Conference Room, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Advisory Board of the Division of Professional Standards will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule to add 515 IAC 9-1-30 concerning the requirements of a visiting teacher permit.

The proposed rule does not impose any requirement or costs on a regulated entity not expressly required by state or federal law.

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Office of Educator Licensing and Development, Department of Education, 101 West Ohio Street, Suite 300 and Legislative Services Agency, One North Capitol, Suite 325, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
