Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Natural Resources Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 312 IAC 6.2, which addresses Great Lakes Basin Water Management, to assist with the implementation of P.L.4-2008 and the eventuality of the Great Lakes-St. Lawrence Water Basin Water Resources Compact.
