Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on July 31, 2008, at 10:15 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Room W064, Indianapolis, Indiana, the State Boxing Commission will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule to amend 808 IAC 1-1.1, Definitions, to add definitions for ultimate fighting; Ultimate Fighting Championships; mixed martial arts; martial arts including jujitsu, karate, kickboxing, kung fu, and tae kwon do; and professional wrestling as required by SEA 557, P.L.112-2007.

Upon review, the State Boxing Commission has determined that this rule has no fiscal impact on small businesses.

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Room W072 and Legislative Services Agency, One North Capitol, Suite 325, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
