Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on July 14, 2008, at 5:00 p.m., at One North Capitol, First Floor Conference Room, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Office of Community and Rural Affairs will hold a public hearing on proposed rules to establish debarment procedures for programs administered by the Office of Community and Rural Affairs.

The proposed rules would not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Office of Community and Rural Affairs, One North Capitol, Suite 600 and Legislative Services Agency, One North Capitol, Suite 325, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
