DIGEST
Temporarily modifies size and bag limits for sport fishing on Starve Hollow Lake in Jackson County. Effective May 23, 2008.
SECTION 1.
Effective May 23, 2008, this document modifies the size and bag limits under 312 IAC 9-7 for fish that are taken from Starve Hollow Lake in Jackson County:
(1) Size limits are eliminated.
(2) Bag limits are set at two (2) times the bag limits established by 312 IAC 9-7.
SECTION 2. SECTION 1 of this document expires November 1, 2008.
