Notice of Public Hearing
Under IC 13-14-9.5-1.1
, notice is hereby given that on July 15, 2008, at 1:30 p.m., at the Indiana Government Center-South, 402 West Washington Street, Conference Center Room A, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Solid Waste Management Board will hold a public hearing on listed rules that have been effective seven years that are: (1) rules required to receive or maintain delegation, primacy, or approval for implementation or operation of a program established under federal law; or (2) rules required to begin or continue receiving federal funding for implementation or operation of a program.
The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from the public on specific rules listed in the notice of rule review that should be reviewed through the regular rulemaking process under IC 13-14-9
. All interested persons are invited and will be given reasonable opportunity to express their views concerning whether a listed rule should be reviewed through the regular rulemaking process.
