Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following inaccurate references in the Indiana Administrative Code:
(1) In 312 IAC 3-1-5(b), delete "310 IAC" and insert "312 IAC 25".
(2) In 312 IAC 3-1-5(b), delete "310 IAC 12" and insert "312 IAC 25".
(3) In 312 IAC 3-1-5(b)(1)(A), delete "310 IAC 12" and insert "312 IAC 25".
(4) In 312 IAC 3-1-5(b)(1)(B), delete "310 IAC 12" and insert "312 IAC 25".
(5) In 312 IAC 3-1-5(b)(2)(B)(i), delete "310 IAC 12" and insert "312 IAC 25".
(6) In 312 IAC 3-1-5(b)(2)(B)(ii), delete "310 IAC 12" and insert "312 IAC 25".
(7) In 312 IAC 3-1-5(d)(1), delete both occurrences of "310 IAC 12" and insert "312 IAC 25".
(8) In 312 IAC 3-1-5(d)(1)(C), delete both occurrences of "310 IAC 12" and insert "312 IAC 25".
(9) In 312 IAC 3-1-5(f)(1)(A), delete "310 IAC 12" and insert "312 IAC 25".
(10) In 312 IAC 3-1-5(f)(1)(B), delete "310 IAC 12" and insert "312 IAC 25".
(11) In 312 IAC 3-1-5(f)(2)(B)(i), delete "310 IAC 12" and insert "312 IAC 25".
(12) In 312 IAC 3-1-5(f)(2)(B)(ii), delete "310 IAC 12" and insert "312 IAC 25".
(13) In 312 IAC 3-1-5(g)(1), delete "310 IAC 12-6-6.5" and insert "312 IAC 25-7-7".
(14) In 312 IAC 3-1-5(k)(1), delete "310 IAC 12" and insert "312 IAC 25".
(15) In 312 IAC 3-1-5(k)(2), delete "310 IAC 12" and insert "312 IAC 25".
(16) In 312 IAC 3-1-17(b)(2), delete "310 IAC 12-0.5-10" and insert "312 IAC 25-1-11".
