Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on June 19, 2008, at 10:30 a.m., at the Indiana State Department of Health, 2 North Meridian Street, Conference Room 8A, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) will hold a public hearing on 410 IAC 15.1 to add rules that establish registration and registration renewal procedures for out-of-state mobile health care entities.

The ISDH has the authority to adopt this rule under IC 16-41-42-10. This rule will not impose any additional requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Health Care Regulatory Services Commission, Indiana State Department of Health, 2 North Meridian Street and Legislative Services Agency, One North Capitol, Suite 325, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
