Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on June 19, 2008, at 10:00 a.m., at the Indiana State Department of Health, 2 North Meridian Street, Conference Room 8A, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) will hold a public hearing on 410 IAC 31 to add rules that establish minimum standards for use by small employers in establishing wellness programs to improve the health of employees and criteria and a process for certification and recertification of a small employer's wellness program to qualify the program for purposes of IC 6-3.1-31.2.

The ISDH has the authority to adopt this rule under IC 16-46-13. This rule will not impose any additional requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Operational Services Commission, Indiana State Department of Health, 2 North Meridian Street and Legislative Services Agency, One North Capitol, Suite 325, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
