This notice is published in accordance with IC 12-8-3-4.4. Under IC 4-22-2-29, LSA Document #07-648, posted at 20080319-IR-405070648PRA, was adopted by the Secretary of Family and Social Services Administration on April 25, 2008. This rule adds 405 IAC 9 to set forth provisions affecting applicants, members, and providers concerning eligibility, enrollment, benefits, and policy for the Indiana Check-Up Plan. The rule that was adopted is a different version than the proposed rule that was posted on the -IR- Database Website on March 19, 2008.
