Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 170 IAC 4-1-11, 170 IAC 4-1-12, 170 IAC 5-1-11, and 170 IAC 5-1-12 regarding customer requests for meter testing. Amends 170 IAC 6-1-1 through 170 IAC 6-1-12 regarding standards of service and meter testing for water utilities and 170 IAC 6-2-2 regarding the classification of accounts for water utilities.
