Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Natural Resources Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 312 IAC 5-6-9, governing the use of watercraft on Tippecanoe Lake, to establish special watercraft zones on Tippecanoe Lake, James Lake, and channels connected to these lakes in Kosciusko County. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher.
