Emergency Rule

DIGEST
Temporarily adds rules concerning scratch-off game number 945. Effective April 4, 2008.
SECTION 1. The name of the scratch-off game is "Scratch-Off Game Number 945, 24K CASH".
SECTION 2. Scratch-off tickets in scratch-off game number 945 shall sell for two dollars ($2) per ticket.
SECTION 3. Play symbols: Each ticket in scratch-off game number 945 shall contain a total of thirty (30) play symbols. Each ticket will have ten (10) separate and independent games labeled "GAME 1", "GAME 2", "GAME 3", "GAME 4", "GAME 5", "GAME 6", "GAME 7", "GAME 8", "GAME 9", and "GAME 10". Each "GAME" shall contain three (3) play symbols. If a question arises as to the play symbol, the play symbol caption will be used for final clarification. The play symbol captions correspond with and verify the play symbols as follows:
SECTION 4. Retailer validation codes: The retailer validation code (for prizes up to five hundred ninety-nine dollars ($599)) verifies instant winners in this game. The retailer validation code that corresponds with and verifies each of these winners is as follows:
SECTION 5. How to win: A prize winner in scratch-off game number 945 is determined by removing the scratch-off material from the play area revealing a total of thirty (30) play symbols. In this area, there are ten (10) separate and independent games labeled "GAME 1", "GAME 2", "GAME 3", "GAME 4", "GAME 5", "GAME 6", "GAME 7", "GAME 8", "GAME 9", and "GAME 10". Each "GAME" contains three (3) play symbols. Neither the retailer validation code (nor any portion thereof), the pack-ticket number (or any portion thereof), nor the validation number (or any portion thereof) are play symbols and are not usable or playable as such. If the player matches two (2) like numbers in the same game, they win the corresponding prize amount shown in the prize grid below:
SECTION 6. Prize structure: The possible winning prize combinations are as follows:
Total value of all prizes*: $4,218,500
Approximate print quantity: 3,240,000 (-3%/+1%)
*The number and total value of prizes in this game are based on the approximate print quantity with a variance as stated above. Should the print quantity be changed for production of this game or subsequent reorders, the ratio of prizes and total value of all prizes to print quantity will be proportionately maintained and the overall odds and prize payout percentage will remain the same. Overall odds are determined by dividing the approximate total number of tickets by the approximate total number of prizes available.
