Notice of Public Hearing
Under
IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on April 17, 2008, at 1:00 p.m. EDT, at the National City Center, 101 West Washington Street, Suite 220, Room 222, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule (RM #06-06, LSA Document #08-60) to add
170 IAC 7-8 establishing the Indiana Lifeline Assistance Program.
No requirement or cost is imposed on any regulated entity under this rule that is not expressly required by the statute authorizing the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission to adopt this rule. Administrative costs and costs for required consumer education and outreach are reimbursable from the fund established under this program, as long as such costs are reasonable.
Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission, National City Center, 101 West Washington Street, Suite 1500 East and Legislative Services Agency, One North Capitol, Suite 325, Indianapolis, Indiana, and are open for public inspection.
