Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Alcohol and Tobacco Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 905 IAC 1-43.1 establishing gaming site permit to carry out P.L.233-2007. Repeals 905 IAC 1-43.
