Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on April 15, 2008, at 5:30 p.m., at the Southern Indiana Career and Technical Center, Assembly Hall, 1901 Lynch Road, Evansville, Indiana; AND on April 16, 2008, at 5:30 p.m., at the New Albany Educational Support Center, 2801 Grant Line Road, New Albany, Indiana; AND on April 22, 2008, at 5:30 p.m., at the Merrillville High School Arena, 276 East 68th Street, Merrillville, Indiana; AND on April 23, 2008, at 5:30 p.m., at the South Bend Administration Building, 215 South Saint Joseph, South Bend, Indiana; AND on April 24, 2008, at 5:30 p.m., at the Homestead High School Transportation Building, 4814 Homestead Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana; AND on May 7, 2008, at 9:00 a.m., at the H. Dean Evans Community and Education Center, Metropolitan School District of Washington Township, 8550 Woodfield Crossing Boulevard, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana State Board of Education will hold public hearings to add 511 IAC 7-32 through 511 IAC 7-47 to conform to federal requirements for special education and to repeal 511 IAC 7-17 through 511 IAC 7-31.

The proposed rule does not impose any requirement or costs on a regulated entity not expressly required by state or federal law.
