Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on April 10, 2008, at 9:00 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center-South, 402 West Washington Street, Conference Center Room C, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Office of the Secretary of Family and Social Services (FSSA) will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule that adds 405 IAC 9 to set forth provisions affecting applicants, members, and providers concerning eligibility, enrollment, benefits, and policy for the Indiana Check-Up Plan.

In accordance with public notice requirements established at IC 4-22-2-24(d), this rule is being proposed in order to implement the Indiana Check-Up Plan. There are no significant costs or requirements imposed on regulated entities by the rule.
