Notice of Public Hearing
Under
IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on April 10, 2008, at 9:00 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center-South, 402 West Washington Street, Conference Center Room C, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Office of the Secretary of Family and Social Services (FSSA) will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule that adds
405 IAC 9 to set forth provisions affecting applicants, members, and providers concerning eligibility, enrollment, benefits, and policy for the Indiana Check-Up Plan.
In accordance with public notice requirements established at
IC 4-22-2-24(d), this rule is being proposed in order to implement the Indiana Check-Up Plan. There are no significant costs or requirements imposed on regulated entities by the rule.
Anyone who wishes to comment on the proposed changes may attend the public hearing or submit written comments to: FSSA Office of General Counsel, Attention: Catherine Rudd, Indiana Government Center-South, 402 West Washington Street, Room W451, Indianapolis, IN 46204.
