Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Gaming Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Updates 68 IAC 3 governing all aspects of the regulation, oversight, and enforcement of minority and women owned business enterprise utilization standards. Establishes reporting requirements for regulated entities concerning utilization of goods and services by regulated entities from minority and women owned business enterprises. Public questions or comments concerning the proposed rule may be directed to Philip Sicuso, General Counsel, Indiana Gaming Commission, 101 West Washington Street, Suite 1600-East Tower, Indianapolis, IN 46204. Statutory authority: IC 4-33-14.
