Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on February 20, 2008, at 9:00 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center-North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N501, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Natural Resources Commission will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to 312 IAC 6-2-6, 312 IAC 8-2-13 and 312 IAC 11-2-12, which define "marina" on navigable waters, lakes on DNR properties, and public freshwater lakes, to remove parallel provisions that state a structure with docks would qualify.

The proposed rule amendments would not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Government Center-North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N501-A and Legislative Services Agency, One North Capitol, Suite 325, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
