Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on January 17, 2008, at 9:00 a.m., in the Administration Building Conference Room, Indiana State Fairgrounds, 1202 East 38^th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, the State Fair Commission will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to 80 IAC 1, 80 IAC 2, 80 IAC 3, 80 IAC 4, and 80 IAC 5 to add final determinations and judicial review of determinations concerning the procurement process, to increase efficiency in real property contracting procedures, to further define property and methods of disposal, to promote safety and efficiency in general operations, and to repeal the Commission's code of ethics and place it under the jurisdiction and rules of the State Ethics Commission.

The proposed rule amendments will not impose requirements or costs on small businesses under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana State Fairgrounds Administration Building, 1202 East 38^th Street and Legislative Services Agency, One North Capitol, Suite 325, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
