Emergency Rule

Temporarily adds rules concerning scratch-off game number 933. Effective December 18, 2007.
SECTION 1. The name of the scratch-off game is "Scratch-Off Game Number 933, UNLOCK THE VAULT".
SECTION 2. Scratch-off tickets in scratch-off game number 933 shall sell for two dollars ($2) per ticket.
SECTION 3. Play symbols: Each ticket in scratch-off game number 933 shall contain a total of fifty-one (51) play symbols, which includes twenty-one (21) play symbols located in the area labeled "COMBINATION NUMBERS", five (5) play symbols located in the area labeled "VAULT 1", five (5) play symbols located in the area labeled "VAULT 2", five (5) play symbols located in the area labeled "VAULT 3", five (5) play symbols located in the area labeled "VAULT 4", five (5) play symbols located in the area labeled "VAULT 5", and five (5) play symbols located in the area labeled "VAULT 6". The possible play symbols are as follows:

SECTION 4. Prize symbols: Each ticket in scratch-off game number 933 shall contain a total of six (6) prize symbols, one (1) prize symbol located below each of the six (6) vaults, which include one (1) prize symbol located in the area labeled "VAULT 1", one (1) prize symbol located in the area labeled "VAULT 2", one (1) prize symbol located in the area labeled "VAULT 3", one (1) prize symbol located in the area labeled "VAULT 4", one (1) prize symbol located in the area labeled "VAULT 5", and one (1) prize symbol located in the area labeled "VAULT 6". If a question arises as to the prize symbol, the prize symbol caption will be used for final clarification. Prize symbol captions correspond with and verify each of the prize symbols as follows:
SECTION 5. Retailer validation codes: The retailer validation code (for prizes up to five hundred ninety-nine dollars ($599)) verifies instant winners in this game. The retailer validation code that corresponds with and verifies each of these winners is as follow [sic, follows]:
SECTION 6. How to win: A prize winner in the scratch-off game number 933 is determined by removing the scratch-off material from the play and prize areas revealing a total of fifty-seven (57) play and prize symbols. These include twenty-one (21) play symbols located in the area labeled "COMBINATION NUMBERS", five (5) play symbols and one (1) prize symbol located in the area labeled "VAULT 1", five (5) play symbols and one (1) prize symbol located in the area labeled "VAULT 2", five (5) play symbols and one (1) prize symbol located in the area labeled "VAULT 3", five (5) play symbols and one (1) prize symbol located in the area labeled "VAULT 4", five (5) play symbols and one (1) prize symbol located in the area labeled "VAULT 5", and five (5) play symbols located in the area labeled "VAULT 6". In this area, there are six (6) separate and independent games labeled "VAULT 1", "VAULT 2", "VAULT 3", "VAULT 4", "VAULT 5", and "VAULT 6". Neither the retailer validation code (nor any portion thereof), the pack-ticket number (or any portion thereof), nor the validation number (or any portion thereof) are play symbols or prize symbols and are not usable or playable as such. In each "VAULT" if three (3) numbers match any "COMBINATION NUMBERS", the ticket holder is entitled to win the corresponding prize amount shown for that "VAULT". In each "VAULT" if four (4)
numbers match any "COMBINATION NUMBERS", the ticket holder is entitled to win double the corresponding prize amount shown for that "VAULT". In each "VAULT" if five (5) numbers match any "COMBINATION NUMBERS", the ticket holder is entitled to win triple the corresponding prize amount shown for that "VAULT".
SECTION 7. Prize structure: The possible winning prize combinations are as follows:
Total value of all prizes*: $4,682,000
Approximate print quantity: 3,600,000 (+1%)
*The number and total value of prizes in this game are based on the approximate print quantity with a variance as stated above. Should the print quantity be changed for production of this game or subsequent reorders, the ratio of prizes and total value of all prizes to print quantity will be proportionately maintained and the overall odds and prize payout percentage will remain the same. Overall odds are determined by dividing the approximate total number of tickets by the approximate total number of prizes available.

SECTION 8.
Applicable rules: 65 IAC 4 SCRATCH-OFF GAMES.
SECTION 9. The last day to claim a prize in scratch-off game number 933 is sixty (60) days from the end of the game.
