IC 4-22-2.1-5 Statement Concerning Rules Affecting Small Businesses
Estimated Number of Small Businesses Subject to this Rule
The Natural Resources Commission estimates that no small businesses would be directly affected by the proposed technical amendments. The amendments would reflect a change of address of the Natural Resources Commission, Division of Hearings. Most other amendments would update cross-references occasioned by changes in statutes, rules, or nonrule policy documents since the amended rule was adopted. The amendments are entirely of a housekeeping nature.

The Commission estimates that there will be no administrative costs to small businesses as a result of compliance with this rule.
Estimated Total Annual Economic Impact on Small Businesses
None.
Regulatory Flexibility Analysis of Alternative Methods
The Commission does not propose an alternative regulatory method since the proposal has no impact on small businesses. The Commission did not rely on studies in its decision not to employ alternatives to the proposed rule.
