IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:
OVERVIEW: Adds
170 IAC 1-6-1 through
170 IAC 1-6-8 establishing procedures for 30 day administrative filings with the commission. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher. Questions concerning the proposed rule may be addressed to the following telephone number: (317) 232-2092. Statutory authority:
