This notice is published in accordance with
IC 12-8-3-4.4. Under
IC 4-22-2-29, LSA Document #07-254, posted at
20070808-IR-460070254PRA, was adopted by the director of Family and Social Services Administration, Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services, on November 13, 2007. This rule amends
460 IAC 2-4-1 through
460 IAC 2-4-39 and adds
460 IAC 2-4-40 concerning the Indiana Randolph-Sheppard Business Enterprise Program authorized by
IC 12-12-5 and 20 USC 107 et seq. (the "Randolph-Sheppard Vending Stand Act") and currently known as the "Vending Program for the Blind" to establish the program, define terms, and set standards for state agency functions, program participants, licensing requirements, selection of facility locations, assignment of facilities, financial matters, operation of facilities, business performance, rights and responsibilities of program participants, grievance procedures, disciplinary procedures, administrative review procedures, and the Indiana elected committee of licensed managers. The rule that was adopted is a different version than the proposed rule that was posted on the -IR- Database Website on August 8, 2007.
