Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on December 13, 2007, at 9:00 a.m., at the Indiana State Department of Health, 2 North Meridian Street, Conference Room 8A, Eighth Floor, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana State Department of Health will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule to amend 410 IAC 1 to require the reporting of human death to the department when the person was or may have been infected with the influenza virus.

Requirements not expressly required by the authorizing statute have not been imposed.

Copies of these rules are now on file with the Public Health Surveillance and Preparedness Commission at the Indiana State Department of Health, 2 North Meridian Street and Legislative Services Agency, One North Capitol, Suite 325, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
