Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on December 19, 2007, at 9:30 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center-South, 402 West Washington Street, Conference Center Room 25, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Natural Resources Commission will hold a public hearing on proposed rule 312 IAC 6.5-1-5 under the article assisting in the registration of an off-road vehicle or snowmobile to establish a fee for a duplicate certificate requested under IC 14-16-1-15.

The Department of Natural Resources currently charges an application fee for a duplicate certificate of registration for off-road vehicles and snowmobiles. This rule imposes no costs or requirements under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3), but rather codifies the application fee that is already assessed.

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Government Center-South, 402 West Washington Street, Room W272 and Legislative Services Agency, One North Capitol, Suite 325, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
