Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the State Chemist of the State of Indiana intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 355 IAC 7 to specify training and certification of applicators of fertilizer materials to include defined set back requirements for staging and application of organic fertilizers and the minimum applied acreage levels for inclusion in the certification program. Statutory authority: IC 15-3-3-12.
