Temporarily adds rules concerning scratch-off game number 928. Effective September 6, 2007.
SECTION 1. The name of the scratch-off game is "Scratch-Off Game Number 928, INSTANT HOOSIER LOTTO".
SECTION 2. Scratch-off tickets in scratch-off game number 928 shall sell for one dollar ($1) per ticket.
SECTION 3. Play symbols: Each ticket in scratch-off game number 928 shall contain a total of twenty-four (24) play symbols with six (6) play symbols located in the area labeled "DRAWING RESULTS", six (6) play symbols located in the row labeled "GAME 1", six (6) play spots located in the row labeled "GAME 2", and six (6) play spots located in the row labeled "GAME 3". The play symbols used in in [sic] scratch-off game number 928 are as follows:
SECTION 4. Retailer validation codes: The retailer validation code (for prizes up to five hundred ninety-nine dollars ($599)) verifies instant winners in this game. The retailer validation code that corresponds with and verifies each of these winners is as follows:
SECTION 5. How to win: A prize winner in the scratch-off game number 928 is determined by removing the scratch-off material from the play area revealing a total of twenty (24) [sic] play symbols. This includes six (6) play symbols located in the area labeled "DRAWING RESULTS", six (6) play symbols located in the row labeled "GAME 1", six (6) play symbols located in the row labeled "GAME 2", and six (6) play spots located in the row labeled "GAME 3". Each game is separate and independent of each other. Neither the retailer validation code (nor any portion thereof), the pack-ticket number (or any portion thereof), nor the validation number (or any portion thereof) are play symbols or prize symbols and are not usable or playable as such. Match two (2) numbers in any one (1) game to the "DRAWING RESULTS" and the ticket holder is entitled to win one (1) free quick pick ticket in the Hoosier Lotto online game. Match three (3) numbers in any one (1) game to the "DRAWING RESULTS" and the ticket holder is entitled to win three dollars ($3). Match four (4) numbers in any one (1) game to the "DRAWING RESULTS" and the ticket holder is entitled to win forty dollars ($40). Match five (5) numbers in any one (1) game to the "DRAWING RESULTS" and the ticket holder is entitled to win five hundred dollars ($500). Match six (6) numbers in any one (1) game to the "DRAWING
RESULTS" and the ticket holder is entitled to win one thousand dollars ($1,000).
SECTION 6. Prize structure: The possible winning prize combinations are as follows:
Total value of all prizes*: $2,440,200
Approximate print quantity: 4,080,000 (-3%/+1%)
*The number and total value of prizes in this game are based on the approximate print quantity with a variance as stated above. Should the print quantity be changed for production of this game or subsequent reorders, the ratio of prizes and total value of all prizes to print quantity will be proportionately maintained and the overall odds and prize payout percentage will remain the same. Overall odds are determined by dividing the approximate total number of tickets by the approximate total number of prizes available.

SECTION 7.
Applicable rules: 65 IAC 4 SCRATCH-OFF GAMES.
SECTION 8. The last day to claim a prize in scratch-off game number 928 is sixty (60) days from the end of the game.
