Temporarily adds rules concerning scratch-off game number 907. Effective September 6, 2007.
SECTION 1. The name of the scratch-off game is "Scratch-Off Game Number 907, $1,000,000 SOLID GOLD".
SECTION 2. Scratch-off tickets in scratch-off game number 907 shall sell for twenty dollars ($20) per ticket.
SECTION 3. Play symbols: Each ticket in scratch-off game number 907 shall contain a total of twenty-five (25) play symbols with five (5) play symbols located in the area labeled "WINNING NUMBERS" and twenty (20) play symbols located in the area labeled "YOUR NUMBERS". If a question arises as to the play symbol, the play symbol caption will be used for final clarification. The play symbol captions correspond with and verify the play symbols as follows:

SECTION 4. Prize symbols: Each ticket in scratch-off game number 907 shall contain a total of twenty (20) prize symbols located in the area labeled "YOUR NUMBERS" and corresponding with each play symbol directly above it. If a question arises as to the prize symbol, the prize symbol caption will be used for final clarification. Prize symbol captions correspond with and verify each of the prize symbols as follows:
SECTION 5. Retailer validation codes: The retailer validation code (for prizes up to five hundred ninety-nine dollars ($599)) verifies instant winners in this game. The retailer validation code that corresponds with and verifies each of these winners is as follows:

How to win: A prize winner in the scratch-off game number 907 is determined by removing the scratch-off material from the play and prize area revealing a total of forty-five (45) play and prize symbols. This includes five (5) play symbols located in the area labeled "WINNING NUMBERS", twenty (20) play symbols located in the area labeled "YOUR NUMBERS", and twenty (20) prize symbols located in the area labeled "YOUR NUMBERS" and corresponding with the play symbols directly above each. Neither the retailer validation code (nor any portion thereof), the pack-ticket number (or any portion thereof), nor the validation number (or any portion thereof) are play symbols or prize symbols and are not usable or playable as such. If any of "YOUR NUMBERS" match any "WINNING NUMBERS", the ticket holder is entitled to win the prize shown. If the "
" (Gold Bar) symbol is revealed, the ticket holder is entitled to win the corresponding prize shown automatically. If the "
" (5x) symbol is revealed, the ticket holder is entitled to win five (5) times the corresponding prize amount shown automatically.
SECTION 7. Prize structure: The possible winning prize combinations are as follows:
Total value of all prizes*: $17,785,000
Approximate print quantity: 1,200,000 (+1%)
*The number and total value of prizes in this game are based on the approximate print quantity with a variance as stated above. Should the print quantity be changed for production of this game or subsequent reorders, the ratio of prizes and total value of all prizes to print quantity will be proportionately maintained and the overall odds and prize payout percentage will remain the same. Overall odds are determined by dividing the approximate total number of tickets by the approximate total number of prizes available.

SECTION 8.
Applicable rules: 65 IAC 4 SCRATCH-OFF GAMES.
SECTION 9. The last day to claim a prize in scratch-off game number 907 is sixty (60) days from the end of the game.
