Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on October 16, 2007, at 2:00 p.m., local time, at the Division of Professional Standards, Indiana Department of Education, 101 West Ohio Street, Suite 300, Large Conference Room, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Advisory Board of the Division of Professional Standards will hold a public hearing to add 515 IAC 9-1-28 concerning the requirements for licensing applicants who have completed an online teacher education preparation program and the repeal of 515 IAC 1-2-4 through 515 IAC 1-2-16, 515 IAC 1-2-18, and 515 IAC 1-2-20.

The proposed rule does not impose any requirement or costs on a regulated entity not expressly required by state or federal law.

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Division of Professional Standards, 101 West Ohio Street, Suite 300 and Legislative Services Agency, One North Capitol, Suite 325, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
