Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on October 9, 2007, at 9:00 a.m., in the Indiana Government Center-South, 402 West Washington Street, Conference Center Room 17, Indianapolis, Indiana, the State Department of Toxicology will hold a public hearing to add 260 IAC 1.1-0.5 regarding definitions related to breath test operators and instruments, amend 260 IAC 1.1-1-3 to change the practical exam requirement for breath test operator recertification, readopt 260 IAC 1.1-2-3, and make other changes in the rule concerning certification of breath test operators and instruments.

The proposed rule amendments do not impose any requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana State Department of Toxicology, 550 West 16th Street and Legislative Services Agency, One North Capitol, Suite 325, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
