IC 4-22-2.1-5 Statement Concerning Rules Affecting Small Businesses
The proposed rule amends
260 IAC 1.1 governing certification of breath test operators and instruments. The rule change does not impose any requirements on small businesses as defined in
IC 4-22-2.1-4. Breath test operators are employed by public law enforcement agencies, and no small businesses will be affected by the rule.
