Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on October 4, 2007, at 2:00 p.m. EDT, in the IURC Conference Center, Suite 220, Judicial Courtroom 222, National City Center, 101 West Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule (RM #07-04, LSA Document #07-379) to amend the Commission's current rule governing ex parte contacts.

No requirement or cost is imposed on a regulated utility under this rule that is not expressly required by the statute authorizing the Commission to adopt the rule.

The Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission anticipates establishing a period of time for submitting written initial comments and reply comments following the public hearing.

Copies of these rules are now on file at the National City Center, 101 West Washington Street, Suite 1500 East and Legislative Services Agency, One North Capitol, Suite 325, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
