Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Board of Pharmacy intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 856 IAC 4 to implement the requirements of P.L.94-2007, SECTION 5, to establish the qualifications, protocols, and record keeping requirements for a pharmacist to administer immunizations under IC 25-26-13-31.2.
