Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Natural Resources Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 312 IAC 6.5-1-5 under the article assisting in the registration of an off-road vehicle or snowmobile to establish a fee for a duplicate certificate requested under IC 14-16-15. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher.
