Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under
IC 4-22-2-23, the Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:
OVERVIEW: Amends
675 IAC 14-4.3, the 2005 Indiana Residential Code, to clarify, amend, and modify the code and to update various referenced standards by incorporating by reference and amending Chapter 43 of the 2006 International Residential Code. Amends the name of the code to the 2007 Indiana Residential Code.
