Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under
IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana State Department of Health intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:
OVERVIEW: The rule will establish requirements for hospitals and physicians to identify and report suspicious deaths of children who are less than eighteen (18) years of age. Written comments may be submitted to the Indiana State Department of Health, Response Operations Commission, 2 North Meridian Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204. Statutory authority:
IC 16-35-7-2.
