Economic Impact Statement
LSA Document #07-254

IC 4-22-2.1-5 Statement Concerning Rules Affecting Small Businesses
There are approximately 60 licensed blind managers in the Indiana Business Enterprise Program (BEP) during state fiscal year 2007.
The repromulgation and amendment of 460 IAC 2-4 will not impose upon any licensed manager any burden of added cost to run their independent businesses. The federal Randolph Sheppard Act, 20 U.S.C. 107 et seq., prescribes that cost associated expense is the responsibility of the State Licensing Agency (SLA), i.e., the Bureau of Rehabilitation Services, Blind and Visually Impaired Services.
The total estimated economic impact to the BEP licensed managers participating in the Indiana Business Enterprise Program is zero dollars ($0).
