Emergency Rule

Temporarily adds rules concerning scratch-off game number 910. Effective July 23, 2007.


SECTION 1. The name of the scratch-off game is "Scratch-Off Game Number 910, Gimme 5".

SECTION 2. Scratch-off tickets in scratch-off game number 910 shall sell for one dollar ($1) per ticket.

SECTION 3. Play symbols: Each ticket in scratch-off game number 910 shall contain a total of ten (10) play spots with nine (9) play spots located in the play area shown as a matrix with three (3) vertical columns and three (3) horizontal rows and one (1) play spot located in the play area labeled "BONUS BOX". Each play spot contains one (1) play symbol. If a question arises as to the play symbol, the play symbol caption will be used for final clarification. The play symbol captions correspond with and verify the play symbols as follows:

SECTION 4. Prize symbols: Each ticket in scratch-off game number 910 shall contain a total of one (1) prize spot located in the area labeled "PRIZE BOX". Each prize spot contains one (1) prize spot. If a question arises as to the prize symbol, the prize symbol caption will be used for final clarification. Prize symbol captions correspond with and verify each of the prize symbols as follows:

SECTION 5. Retailer validation codes: The retailer validation code (for prizes up to five hundred ninety-nine dollars ($599)) verifies instant winners in this game. The retailer validation code that corresponds with and verifies each of these winners is as follows:

SECTION 6. How to win: A prize winner in the scratch-off game number 910 is determined by removing the scratch-off material from the play and prize area revealing a total of eleven (11) play and prize spots. This includes nine (9) play spots located in the play area shown as a matrix with three (3) vertical columns and three (3) horizontal rows, one (1) play spot located in the area labeled "BONUS BOX", and one (1) prize spot located in the area labeled "PRIZE BOX". Neither the retailer validation code (or any portion thereof), the pack-ticket number (or any portion thereof), nor the validation number (or any portion thereof) are play symbols or prize symbols and are not usable or playable as such. If three (3)        "065070465ERA4.gif" (FIVE) symbols are revealed in any one (1) of the same row, column, or diagonal line, the ticket holder is entitled to win the prize shown in the "PRIZE BOX". If the "065070465ERA4.gif" (FIVE) symbol is revealed in the "BONUS BOX", the ticket holder is entitled to win five (5) times the prize shown in the "PRIZE BOX".

SECTION 7. Prize structure: The possible winning prize combinations are as follows:

Total value of all prizes*: $2,160,330
Prize payout: 60.01%
Overall odds: 1 in 4.92
Approximate print quantity: 3,600,000 (-3%/+1%)

*The number and total value of prizes in this game are based on the approximate print quantity with a variance as stated above. Should the print quantity be changed for production of this game or subsequent reorders, the ratio of prizes and total value of all prizes to print quantity will be proportionately maintained and the overall odds and prize payout percentage will remain the same. Overall odds are determined by dividing the approximate total number of tickets by the approximate total number of prizes available.

SECTION 8. Applicable rules: 65 IAC 4 SCRATCH-OFF GAMES.

SECTION 9. The last day to claim a prize in scratch-off game number 910 is sixty (60) days from the end of the game.
