TITLE 307 INDIANA BOARD OF REGISTRATION FOR SOIL SCIENTISTS

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Board of Registration for Soil Scientists intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 307 IAC 1-2-3, 307 IAC 1-3-11(b), and 307 IAC 1-3-11(e) to add clarification and explanation to respective sections. Adds 307 IAC 1-5, Proceedings Against a Registered Soil Scientist, to clearly delineate expectations as well as actions to which registered soil scientists may be subject. Statutory authority: IC 25-31.5-3-4.
