Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Advisory Board of the Division of Professional Standards intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 515 IAC 10 to specify the requirements and procedures for the issuance of workplace specialist licenses by the Department of Education. Repeals 515 IAC 1-1-88 through 515 IAC 1-1-95. Statutory authority: IC 20-28-2-6.
