Temporarily adds rules concerning scratch-off game number 898. Effective July 5, 2007.
SECTION 1. The name of the scratch-off game is "Scratch-Off Game Number 898, King of Cash".
SECTION 2. Scratch-off tickets in scratch-off game number 898 shall sell for five dollars ($5) per ticket.
SECTION 3. Play symbols: Each ticket in scratch-off game number 898 shall contain a total of eleven (11) play spots with one (1) play symbol located in an area labeled "DEALER'S TOTAL" and twenty (20) play symbols displayed as ten (10) pairs of play symbols with each pair in the corresponding area labeled "HAND 1", "HAND 2", "HAND 3", "HAND 4", "HAND 5", "HAND 6", "HAND 7", "HAND 8", "HAND 9", and "HAND 10" located in an area labeled "YOUR HANDS". If a question arises as to the play symbol, the play symbol caption will be used for final clarification. The play symbol captions correspond with and verify the play symbols as follows:

SECTION 4. Prize symbols: Each ticket in scratch-off game number 898 shall contain a total of ten (10) prize spots each with a separate prize symbol located within in the area labeled "HAND 1", "HAND 2", "HAND 3", "HAND 4", "HAND 5", "HAND 6", "HAND 7", "HAND 8", "HAND 9", and "HAND 10", located in an area labeled "YOUR HANDS". If a question arises as to the prize symbol, the prize symbol caption will be used for final clarification. Prize symbol captions correspond with and verify each of the prize symbols as follows:
SECTION 5. Retailer validation codes: The retailer validation code (for prizes up to five hundred ninety-nine dollars ($599)) verifies instant winners in this game. The retailer validation code that corresponds with and verifies each of these winners is as follows:
SECTION 6.
How to win: A prize winner in the scratch-off game number 898 is determined by removing the scratch-off material from the play and prize areas revealing a total of twenty-one (21) play and prize spots. This includes one (1) play symbol located in the area labeled "DEALER'S TOTAL", twenty (20) play symbols displayed as ten (10) pairs of play symbols with each pair in the corresponding area labeled "HAND 1", "HAND 2", "HAND 3", "HAND 4", "HAND 5", "HAND 6", "HAND 7", "HAND 8", "HAND 9", and "HAND 10", and ten (10) prize symbols each corresponding with the above specified ten (10) prize spots, which are located in the area labeled "YOUR HANDS". Neither the retailer validation code (nor any portion thereof), the pack-ticket number (or any portion thereof), nor the validation number (or any portion thereof) are play symbols or prize symbols and are not usable or playable as such. A winner is determined by adding the total value of the two (2) cards in each "HAND" and comparing that total with the number located in the area labeled "DEALER'S TOTAL". If any one (1) hand beats the total of the "DEALER'S TOTAL", the ticket holder is entitled to with the prize shown for that hand. This process is repeated for each of the ten (10) hands. If any of "YOUR HANDS" reveal a pair of "
" (QUEEN) symbols the ticket holder
is entitled to win double the prize indicated for that hand. If any of "YOUR HANDS" reveal a pair of "
" (KING) symbols, the ticket holder is entitled to win twenty-one dollars ($21) automatically. Each HAND is played separately. Face cards are valued at ten (10) and aces are valued at eleven (11). All others are valued at the number on the face of the card.
SECTION 7. Prize structure: The possible winning prize combinations are as follows:
Total value of all prizes*: $8,816,000
Approximate print quantity: 2,520,000 (+1%)
*The number and total value of prizes in this game are based on the approximate print quantity with a variance as stated above. Should the print quantity be changed for production of this game or subsequent reorders, the ratio of prizes and total value of all prizes to print quantity will be proportionately maintained and the overall odds and prize payout percentage will remain the same. Overall odds are determined by dividing the approximate total number of tickets by the approximate total number of prizes available.

SECTION 8.
Applicable rules: 65 IAC 4 SCRATCH-OFF GAMES.
SECTION 9. The last day to claim a prize in scratch-off game number 898 is sixty (60) days from the end of the game.
