IC 4-22-2.1-5 Statement Concerning Rules Affecting Small Businesses
This proposed rule amends
820 IAC 4-1-5 concerning the hours a cosmetology student must be in session in order to graduate from cosmetology school and provides for a hardship waiver. Upon review, the State Board of Cosmetology Examiners has determined that this rule has no fiscal impact on small businesses. The rule does not impose requirements, restrictions, or sanctions on small businesses and has no fiscal impact, direct or collateral, on small business or the small business community.
