Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 170 IAC 1-1.1-3, 170 IAC 1-1.1-4, 170 IAC 1-1.1-7 through 170 IAC 1-1.1-10, 170 IAC 1-1.1-12, 170 IAC 1-1.1-15, 170 IAC 1-1.1-16, 170 IAC 1-1.1-18, 170 IAC 1-1.1-20, 170 IAC 1-1.1-23, and 170 IAC 1-1.1-24 concerning practice and procedure before the commission and 170 IAC 1-1.5-1 through 170 IAC 1-1.5-6 concerning ex parte contacts.
