Under IC 4-22-7-7, and in accordance with 42 U.S.C.A. 1396a(a)(13)(A), the Office of the Secretary of Family and Social Services announces that final rates for Medicaid reimbursement for home health care services have been published and are available for public inspection. The rates are available at the offices of the Family and Social Services Administration, Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning.
